Day 1 Ha Noi :
Arrive Ha Noi and transfer to hotel. Overnight Hanoi (D)
Day 2 Ha Noi :
City tour and preparation for the upcoming adventure. Overnight Hanoi (B,L)
Day 3 Sa Pa (Monday) :
Free day. Board the Victoria Express train this evening. (B)
Day 4 Sa Pa:
Arrive Lao Cai early in the morning. Hike to visit local villages. Return to Sa Pa for dinner and to prepare for the climb. Overnight Sa Pa (B,L,D)
Day 5 Upwards to Fansipan Summit :
Early morning departure to begin the ascent to the summit. Overnight at 7,236 feet. (B,L,D)

Day 6 Upwards to Fansipan Summit :
Continue climbing. Set up camp to overnight. (B,L,D)
Day 7 Fansipan Summit :
Reach the summit this morning. Enjoy the vista below. (B,L,D)
Day 8 Downwards Fansipan :
Break camp and head down the mountain. Trek back to Sa Pa after lunch. Overnight Sa Pa (B,L,D)

Day 9 Bac Ha/Ha Noi :
Enjoy a morning drive to the Sunday market in Bac Ha. Afternoon departure to Lao Cai for overnight train back to Ha Noi. (B)
Day 10 Departure Day:
Early morning arrival in Hanoi. Depart for home or begin another "Asian Passage."
